❤️ World Mental Health Day

Today is a day to talk a little more openly about something that affects so many of us.

Whether it’s over a cheeky Friday pint 🍻, a coffee in the office ☕, or around the table at a team meal, sometimes a chat, a laugh or even a good old vent can help someone more than you realise.

In the video below, Elliott shares a time when things felt heavy for him and what real team support at work can look like.

At DMR, we really do see ourselves as a family. We look out for each other, we make time for each other and, most importantly, we care about every single person in our big team. ❤️

We know how difficult it can sometimes be to open up about how you’re feeling or what’s going on in your day-to-day life. That’s why we try to create an environment where nobody feels like they have to struggle alone.
