This project included the installation of new laminate flooring throughout the loft space, along with the construction and installation of a bespoke timber balustrade around the stair opening.

Finished with new skirting boards to give the space a clean and tidy finish, ready for decorating and furnishing.

Completed raised decking refurbishment with new balustrades ✅

The existing deck structure was retained where possible, with rotten timbers replaced as required to restore the integrity of the deck.

New pressure-treated decking boards were installed throughout, along with matching balustrades and handrails to create a safe, durable and refreshed outdoor space.

A great transformation that has given this elevated garden area a new lease of life.

Installed directly over the existing tiled floor, this project required careful planning to ensure the herringbone pattern remained consistent throughout each room and doorway.

The result is a seamless floor that flows through the entire ground floor and completely transforms the space.
