FASCIA, SOFFITS AND GUTTERING REPLACEMENT
Rotten timber and sagging gutters stripped out and replaced with maintenance free uPVC, sized and pitched properly so water goes where it should.
By the time a gutter is sagging, the fascia board it is screwed to has often been wet for years. Bolting a new gutter onto soft timber just moves the problem along a season, so we strip back and check the board and rafter feet before anything new goes up.

We replace fascia and soffit in uPVC with a ventilated soffit so the roof space still breathes, and fit gutters at the right size and fall for the roof area they drain. A lot of overflow problems we are called out to are simply undersized or wrongly pitched gutters.

Old timber, brackets and offcuts all leave with us, and we run water through the finished system while we are still on site to prove it flows. Available in Many colours.
