So we've made a start with the Laser Cleaning process.
Next up..... removing axles, subframes and fuel tank etc, to give us access to the bare bones!

So our next project is in! 💥 And yes it's another Evo X...we just can't help ourselves sorry! 😆

We were made aware there were a lot of upgrades required.... this one took us a little by surprise, however we are just gonna do what we do! 🪄

🌙 12 HOURS. ONE NIGHT. A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT SIDE OF ECOLASERUK 💥

We don't put all our eggs in one basket… or our Lasers just under vehicles should we say! 😉💥

Last weekend we were called in for a 12-hour out of hours shift carrying out specialist laser cleaning work within a food production environment.

Different industry.
Different application.
Same EcoLaserUK approach — precision, efficiency and a whole lot of hard work.

We can’t say too much about the location or the exact work just yet… but what we can say is this could be the start of something really exciting! 👀

Sometimes less is more — less mess, less downtime, less disruption, and a cleaner, innovative way of getting the job done.

One thing is for sure… EcoLaserUK gets it done.

THE PROCESS! Mitsubishi Evolution VI Underside Restoration 💥

From tired and corroded to restored, protected and ready for the road! 🏁

🔧 What we did:

• Full removal of the rear axle, subframe, fuel tank, differential, prop shaft, exhaust & associated components

• Laser cleaned the underside back to bare metal, removing old coatings, paint and surface corrosion

• Removed & replaced seam sealer where required

• Applied Buzzweld 2K Epoxy Primer

• Applied Buzzweld WAR 2K, colour matched to Scotia White

• Injected chassis & subframes with Buzzweld regenerative cavity wax

• Components, arms & associated parts stripped, laser cleaned & coated

• Stainless steel exhaust laser cleaned

• Prop shaft restored

• Necessary welding as discussed

• Snapped prop bolt removed & replaced

• Differential & AYC serviced

• 4-wheel alignment completed to Fast/Road specification

• Progress Report for customer documenting the process to keep for their records.

🗣️And most importantly...we communicated with our customer throughout this entire process.

📅 We offer a 12 month inspection of the underside restoration giving the owner continued confidence in the work!

Ecolaseruk LTD is incredibly proud to announce an opportunity to carry out our high standards of passion, enthusiasm, high quality work & great customer service, to yet another area within the country. Not only this, we are also thrilled to be able to work alongside LightWork Surface Solutions Ltd bringing our specialist Underside Vehicle Restoration Services to their workshop in Essex! 💥

This is a collab between two companies who are passionate about Laser Cleaning & Vehicle Restoration, coming together with one goal - to give your vehicle the care, protection & results it deserves!
