A small jobs completed in upper bedding. Removal of a upvc door and brick is up. The old door removed and the brick work stitched out ready for the new brick. The install blocked ip with thermalite blocks and left ready for the plasterers .

A small garage conversion completed in durrington. The client wanted a home office. So I damp proofed the walls and floor. Replaced the old wooden door for a new upvc from MLI Building Products Ltd. I installed a center wall with door opening in to the front of the garage to divide the garage in two. We ran a new main power from the board in the house in to the garage along with a cat 6 internet cable. The walls and ceiling covered with tlx silver foil insulation and a layer of dpm on the floor before the celotex insulation went down on the floor. All the joints covered with foil tape . The room was then first fixed and counter battend. The floor was covered with t&g chip board . The walls and ceiling plasterboard and skimed. The skirting, arcatrave and fire door fitted. Once the room was fully dry. It was painted with Dulux Trade diamond matt in white and all wood work painted with diamond satinwood. The oak effect vinly flooring was supplied by John Bayley Carpets . All electrics second fixed and tested . Leaving the customer with a great office space.

A small patio job completed in tarring. The old path and steps removed. Replaced with sandstone with black pointing.

A small plastering job completed ready for the tiling to be finished off . The ceiling to be skimmed at a later date .

A custom made feather edge gate to fit the side access on this property. The gate was made with pressure treated timber. A gate mate double lock long throw fitted .

Here is some jobs I have completed this week. The removal of a fire place surround and blocking it up and plastered. A toilet ceiling with heavy artex skimed flat . A bathroom ceiling over boarded due to cracks in the old ceiling and then skimed flat. All these rooms are ready for the customer to mistcoat and do the painting and decorating.

Two fascia and soffits job to finish the week off . One was to install white capping fascia and new hollow soffit boards and new black guttering in east Worthing. The second job was in goring to remove rotten wooden fascia and the white plastic. New timber installed and finished off with new capping board .

All the fascia , soffits and guttering was from MLI Building Products Ltd

A small feather edge fence job completed a couple of week ago in Yapton.

Here is a fencing job that I have knocked out this week in East Preston.

The old concrete post and feather edge boards removed and loaded in to a skip. I installed new timber posts and feather edge. This has transformed the carpark.
