Last year we entered the raft race with what can only be described as an "enthusiastically homemade" raft. We may not have been the fastest on the water, but we certainly made an impression, taking home awards for Best Dressed Raft and Most Devious Crew!
This year, we're back... and we're aiming for a little more speed and a little less sinking!
As renewable energy installers, we're used to working with solar panels, heat pumps and batteries, not building boats, so this year's raft is taking a bit more planning, effort (and probably a few more cable ties) than last year's!
We're raising money to benefit Spectrum WASP - We Are Special People and any donation will help make an impact.
If you can spare a few pounds, we'd really appreciate your support. If not, come along on the day, cheer us on, and watch to see whether we cross the finish line... or just provide the entertainment!

More information about spectrum WASP: Spectrum WASP supports local Children/Young people and their Families that are on the Autistic Spectrum with Special and Additional needs.
Through our fundraising efforts we are able to provide a range of activities in the evening and on weekends.
We also put together wonderful holiday programmes for the whole group to enjoy - this includes overnight residential trips, Autism friendly Cinema screenings, Go-Karting, Swimming sessions, trips to the seaside and many more!
