Bespoke Bookcase/Radiator Cabinet for our returning customer in Hodthorpe.

This absolutely makes the best of dead space, whilst covering up ( lets face it ) a not very pretty part of everyone's home.

The front of the radiator cabinet can be removed to access/service the radiator.

Our customer sent us a photo of " the quality control inspector" paying a visit to give their seal of approval 😆

We return to this lovely customer in a week or so, to install something which is a first for us at Pash Property Care..

Full bathroom refurbishment for our new customers in Worksop.

Bath out, and replaced with a quadrant shower cubicle for ease of access.

Lots of storage added which our customer desperately needed, and the addition of a comfort height toilet with do**he kit.

Floor all overboarded, ceiling lowered and LVT to finish.

Lovely cladding choices on this one, with the furniture complimenting absolutely perfectly.

We both enjoyed working for this really lovely couple, and we were very spoilt with home made loaves of bread!! 😋😋😋

Bespoke L Shaped Wardrobe manufactured from MDF completed today for our lovely "new to us" customer in our local village.

Routered design to match internal Oak doors, hanging rails and shelves and black handles to customers requirements.

This customer really looked after Pash during the extreme temperatures too which we are both so grateful for.

Air conditioner in the room and lots of lovely drinks, he came home in a much better condition than we thought he'd be in, (THANKYOU "C" ❤️)

We return next year for some work in their bathroom, we cannot stress how much it means to us when a customer books us in for further work, we know we are getting it right ❤️

Good Afternoon All!

We are back at it and fully refreshed from our break.

Im more or less caught up now with responses to messages and voicemails, thankyou for your patience to those that have been waiting.

Pash is in the workshop for the next 3 days, creating a large 5 door L shaped bespoke wardrobe for a customer in our local village.

Photos on Friday after installation.

Next week is the start of a full bathroom refurb for a new to us customer.

‼️IMPORTANT INFORMATION POST‼️

Firstly, a HUGE thankyou to every single person that has chosen us to work for them over the last 5 years, whether that be a one time job, or repeatedly booking us in for additional work.

Every single customer is important to us, no matter the size of the job nor the monetary value ❤️

From January 2027, we are going to be a very different Pash Property Care to what you have experienced in the past.

We will no longer be booking in advance every single working day each month, instead, we are leaving some open availability each month for those little jobs that can't be planned, those jobs that just crop up, and just need sorting..

This is very different to how we have previously worked, but we feel it's a service thats been missing, especially for our regular customers, that sometimes need that extra little bit of help at shorter notice...

Secondly, we are limiting our working days.

Pash will be "winding down" on larger bookable jobs such as bathrooms from the end of next year, and focusing more on bespoke Joinery work moving forwards.

This is quite a change in direction for us, but we are looking forward to more "down time" and also being available to those that need it the most at shorter notice.

This doesn't mean we are going anywhere ( just yet 😉), just that we are learning, that as we get older, we need to look after ourselves a little better..

We are happy to answer any questions openly and honestly, and as always, we look forward to looking after you all in the future.

PRE BOOKABLE jobs are now in February and beyond.

QUOTE VISIT appointments are available in October 2026 and beyond.

Our latest completed bathroom refurbishment for the nicest lady in Worksop.

After doing some work previously for her son in Whitwell, he got in touch to ask if we would look after his Mum by doing a new bathroom for her.

From the first point of contact, this lady has been an absolute pleasure to work for.

We had a lovely time whilst doing her fixtures and fittings selection process, she was so easy to liaise with, and she chose everything at lightening speed.

Pash absolutely loved going to work each day, she was so appreciative, and he could tell she was enjoying the whole process.

This one was turned around in just 6 days, and we hope you agree, it's turned out blooming lovely 😍

Another WONDERFUL review left on our page yesterday ❤️

We cannot stress enough how important it is for future customers to be able read up to date reviews when selecting someone to work for them, it's absolutely VITAL , especially for tiny sole traders like Pash.

This was left for us by the lovely family that we recently completed ALOT of bespoke work for, such a pleasurable job from both of our perspectives ❤️

Pash is in Worksop today starting a bathroom refurbishment for a lovely lady who we were recommended to by her son who we had previously done some work for ❤️

Last week was a full week of completing the installation of various bespoke pieces for our first time customers in Worksop.

Here is their 3.3m wide x 2.4m high 6 door wardrobe.

Various hanging rails and shelving inside, plus space for their TV with a shelf above.

Routered design to all doors.

*Polite Request*

We recently quoted a large job for a school.

Not only did Pash go to look at the job on one of the hottest days of the year after a full day hanging Oak doors , but we also asked another local Plumber to meet him there too as it was to be a double handed job.

They were there over an hour, thats 2 hours labour.

Then Pash and l worked out all the prices at home that evening, which took another hour as some materials required a bit of homework. That was another 2 hours labour, the other Plumber needed to do homework on the materials he was providing and fitting too, that was at least ½ an hours labour if not more.

I then did a full, very indepth written estimate the next day ( with it being for a school ) which was another hours labour.

So in total, 5½ full hours of labour that we didnt charge for..

The school , who recieved their written estimate the very next day after our visit, never even acknowledged the estimate, just read it, and that was that.

It just expired 2 weeks later, without any feedback or anything from the school headmistress or caretaker (who had initiated the estimate visit)

We even sent our generic " lm sorry we were unsuccessful on this occasion " email and message, which again, was just read and not acknowledged in any way...

All we can say is, basic manners cost absolutely nothing, and all we ask for, is a very simple and quick message, to say "thankyou for your time, but its too expensive"

We pride ourselves in our customer care, we are always very responsive, always pleasant ( even when sometimes, the person on the other end of the phone doesnt deserve it..) and we even reply to messages out of our working hours if someone needs reassurance or help..

Obviously, we sometimes dont have quotes accepted, thats part and parcel of being a small business, but to not even thank us for our time and acknowledge it, is down right rude.

So please, if we are lucky enough to be considered to give you a quote, and its too much, or you just dont like us lol, just use the same method that you did when you first contacted us, and let us know..we are only offended by ignorance, not rejection ❤️

Just look at this absolute BEAST of a bespoke storage shelving unit completed today.

At 3.3m wide x 2.4m high this unit came with MANY challenges.

Not only in manufacturing terms, but transporting to site and generally manhandling.

Firstly, the original radiator had to be replaced due to being in the way for the unit to fill the wall end to end, then the unit needed to be shaped around the ceiling coving and skirting board, and just for good measure, Pash also discovered a plug socket that was hidden during his estimate visit 🫣

If ever there was an example of bespoke furniture being the only way, then this is it.

Not in a million years would someone buy an "off the peg" unit that would fit like this 😉
