Matthews Construction is a family owned and run multi award winning company that was established in 2004. With an established reputation for innovative design, quality construction and attention to detail in the homes they build. e homes at Lower Broadheath, a mixed development of 3, 4 & 5 bedroom family homes and an exclusive gated 35 mixed development comprising of apartments and family homes in Worcestershire. Matthews Construction works in partnership with MSquared Developments. MSquared Developments is the product of a multi project merger between two of the region’s premier house developers, Matthews Construction & McMinn Developments. Matthews City & Country Homes are building our house at Rosebank. This site is a mixed housing development, located in Worcester city. The properties are styled with Georgian design principals and proportions, matching the design language of the surrounding homes. The scheme is carefully planned with views onto a communal square and surrounding green areas.
