Incredible natural light floods this space throughout.

This has undergone extensive structural changes to get to this stage.

Particularly impressed with how the guys got the SK06 top splayed to perfectly level. Really important in bathrooms to avoid warm air building up in the top of the window, but not always feasible.

Despite the tight space, we’ve packed it with unique features:

Our large trussed roof VELUX conversion is coming along nicely.

The FFKO6 3 in 1 top hung unit was installed today with the remaining part of the roof structure completed.

It’s incredible just how much light these flood into the loft space.

And an absolute bonus of the views of the Malvern hills.

The Worcester crew are rolling onto the next one at our

1 tonne of steel work lifted and installed including the stairwell trimmer a 152UC.

The amazing FFKO6 GPLS, FFK06 GGLS and 2xSKO6 centre and top hung roof windows. 456kg of windows which will flood the loft with that all important natural light 🤩

Scaffold protected to limit debris falling and more importantly protect the scaffolders property.

All structural timber and sheet material , Insulation and plasterboard craned into position, pretty much the entire job, we even lifted the shower tray for the plumber which is a whopper!!! All in all a super productive day and a great injection of pace at the very start of this project.

-initial survey to produce a CAD design and fixed quotation
-planning survey and production of drawings for “CLPUD”
-construction to completion leaving the client to decorate and carpet.
