EXTERIOR WORKS 🏡 🍃

A lot went into this one… but what a finish. 👌🏼

With the wisteria removed from the front of the property, we were able to get right back to the substrate and give the exterior the preparation it needed.

The loose paintwork to the front was completely removed, along with any failing areas elsewhere around the property. The walls were then fully stabilised before applying 2–3 coats of Smooth Masonry in Cornish Cream.

All woodwork was thoroughly prepped before finishing:

🌿 Fascias, gutters, downpipes & doors — exterior eggshell - Olive
🌱 Windows & frames — exterior eggshell - Ball Green
⚫ lighting units & damp course — Zinsser AllCoat- Satin Black
🪵 Oak conservatory pillars & arch ceiling walkthrough — - UV Protection Oil

A huge amount of preparation and attention to detail went into this exterior, bringing everything together while keeping the character of the property.

Really pleased with how this one turned out. 🤍

Our aim is to raise as much money as possible for St Richard’s Hospice in memory of a very special lady.

Sometimes it’s not about taking on a big project—it’s about helping someone when they need it most.

This week we completed an out-of-hours (since we didn’t have any availability on short notice) exterior job for a lovely lady who’d been left with work that wasn’t finished and left in a bad state. We were more than happy to step in, get everything sorted, and leave it looking as it should.

Seeing the relief and happiness on a customer’s face when they can finally enjoy their home again is exactly why we do what we do.
