Centre lock case failures due to poor door alignment or wear & tear.
I stock virtually every one that's available in all variations, for composite and uPVC doors. I've even got a large stock of obsolete models and complete multipoint locks.

A recent job on a front door in Droitwich. The customer was having difficulty locking and unlocking the door so decided to leave it locked and use the back door.
Turns out that the lock case was only renewed 9 months ago by a national company who overcharged quite a bit. The lock case they used is not an original part, it's a cheap copy hence why it didn't last.

I never use copies or cheap repair locks.

A recent job in Hartlebury. I was contacted by the elderly ladies son with concerns about the security of a set of french doors. The slave door was only held closed with a sash jammer at the top, it had been like this since she moved into the property.
I removed the mullion from the slave door and the top and bottom shootbolts were missing! also the concealed lever had broken off.

New shootbolts, new locking lever and re-aligned both doors. The customers son left me a nice Google review.

A recent job on The Ridings in Droitwich. The original front door locks (left) were made by Boda in Finland, and they've been obsolete for many years.
This one was on its last legs, stiff and difficult to lock. Luckily a lock manufacturer in the Midlands manufactures one in the correct dimensions to special order.
Along with a decent quality lock cylinder and a new set of handles it's good for many years.

A recent job in Droitwich. Renewed a set of sliding patio handles as they had started to crack. Original handles are obsolete but I had alternatives in stock.
Completed on the first visit.
