We are delighted to announce that the Trowbridge Integrated Care Centre (ICC) won the Net Zero Innovation category at the Healthcare Estates Awards!

This innovative healthcare facility designed by ONE places sustainability at its heart, creating an efficient, resilient and low-carbon environment that supports the delivery of vital community healthcare services.

We are incredibly proud to receive this award, we worked with a brilliant project team and so congratulations go to everyone involved in bringing this project to fruition. We’re looking forward to the Healthcare Estates Awards tonight!

We are delighted that the Trowbridge Integrated Care Centre (ICC) is a finalist for the Net Zero Innovation Award - another great achievement for this fantastic healthcare facility which was designed by ONE, working with a brilliant project team.

The BREEAM Excellent development was designed with sustainability at its heart, adopting a fabric-first approach and using the NHS Net Zero Building Standard to support the delivery of a highly efficient, resilient and low-carbon healthcare environment.

We’re looking for a Senior Landscape Architect to join ONE Creative environments’ (ONE’s) growing Landscape & Urban Design team in Worcester.

Working as part of our award-winning multidisciplinary team, you’ll have the opportunity to lead projects from initial concept through to construction and completion, combining creative design thinking with technical leadership.

You’ll work across a varied portfolio in the UK and overseas, collaborating with architects, engineers, ecologists and other specialists, while also mentoring and supporting the development of our landscape team.

Today marks an exciting new chapter for ONE.

We are joining the Cornerstone Group! This brings together exceptional talent and complementary capabilities, combining strategic consultancy, project monitoring and data insights with our award-winning multi-disciplinary design team:

- Architecture, Interior Design & masterplanning
- Landscape Architecture & urban design
- Mechanical & electrical engineering
- Civil & structural engineering
- BIM & digital design
- Smart Assets consultancy.

This partnership provides access to a wider national platform, enhances sustainability and M&E expertise, data insight capability, and new collaborative opportunities – while maintaining our identity, values, leadership and team.

This will benefit our clients, opens exciting new possibilities for further growth and strengthens our commitment to excellence in design, innovation, sustainability and people. It is business as usual and ONE will continue to deliver projects with the same skilled team with no interruption or impact to our current service provision.

Directors remain with the business with the exception of Matt Tebbatt, MD of ONE, who after a fantastic career is retiring in a few months’ time, providing continuity, handover and a smooth transition process. Thank you to Matt.
