Another build recently completed for some amazing customers 🏠

We were tasked with creating an additional storey to this already existing extension.

New ceiling joists installed ✅

73mm antique bricks to match existing ✅

Traditional hand cut roof with 6 hips and 2 valleys ✅ ( shout out to MD Bespoke Carpentry & Building for the hand on this one)

New facias, vented soffit and guttering to match ✅

Customers to finish all internal works.

Now taking bookings for 2027.

Something a little different this week from the team. 😎

While waiting for roof tiles on our current extension project we have transformed a previous customers unusable front drive into this brilliant new space. 🏠

Consisting of a raised planting area, 150mm compacted type one sub base, pavestone forest blend paver boarders and golden flint decorative gravel.

Large Hand cut roof we installed last week ✅
Consisted of 6 hips and 2 valleys, spanning a total length of 13 meters

Shell only build completed a few months back.

Consisting of a ground floor car port with utility space at the back. First floor bedroom and second floor dressing room with a cement fibre cladded dormer.

All internal works to be carried out by the customer on this one.

External and ground floor alterations complete on this lovely project in Kidderminster. ✅

New front porch added, downstairs W/C added, load bearing walls removed, new kitchen, flooring doors and skirting boards installed plus silicone based render to the front.

The resukts speak for themselves 💪
