New front porch added, downstairs W/C added, load bearing walls removed, new kitchen, flooring doors and skirting boards installed plus silicone based render to the front.

Demolition of an old lean-to utility room to create a open plan kitchen/dining area, small utility space and downstairs w/c.

Even with the odd angles we had to work with, the space has created a more practical living space!

Double storey extension complete ✅

Consisting of a new utility area downstairs. To the upper floor this made way to extend the master bathroom and a bedroom.

We also added a single storey extension to the rear of the property to make a large kitchen/dining area.
