🏡 Farmhouse Renovation – The Final Stage! 🏡
We’ve been working on this beautiful farmhouse for the last 2–3 years, and we’re now getting very close to the finish line!
The latest project was the hallway renovation, with the customer having a clear vision of how they wanted the staircase to look. They even sent us a design they created using ChatGPT to help bring their ideas to life! 📐✨
The hallway brief included:
🛠️ Removing the old carpets
🪵 Sanding and restoring the floors
🎨 Painting and freshening up the space
🪜 Preparing the stairs for a runner carpet
🧱 New panelling and dado detailing
🌿 New wallpaper
✨ Moving/finishing details and varnishing the floor
It’s been a long journey on this farmhouse, with plenty of work and attention to detail along the way, but seeing the final stages come together makes it all worthwhile.
Just the last little touches to go… and then we can finally say this farmhouse is complete! 🙌

# # # 🚿 COTTAGE BATHROOM TRANSFORMATION — LET’S GET STUCK IN! 🔨

We’ve officially got started on to this one… and it’s already proving that **nothing is ever quite as straightforward as it looks!** 😂

But that’s exactly how we like it — **give us a challenge!** 💪

We’re completely stripping out the old bathroom and getting stuck into the groundwork for what’s going to be a seriously impressive transformation.

First up:
🔨 Full bathroom rip-out
🧱 Part of the plasterboard wall coming out
🚿 First-fix pipework for the concealed shower & bath valves
🔧 New waste installation
🛁 Mocking up the stunning freestanding bath
🚿 New shower tray
🚽 New toilet & basin
💡 New lighting
🏠 Loft hatch relocated
✨ Glue-down LVT flooring to bring a modern finish

The goal? **Modern luxury without losing the character of this beautiful cottage.**

It’s going to take plenty of graft, a fair bit of problem-solving and a few cups of tea along the way… ☕😂

But when this one is finished, **it’s going to be worth every minute.**

🔥 From old and tired to modern and fresh — keep your eyes peeled for the transformation! 🔥
