🏠 Loft hatch relocated
✨ Glue-down LVT flooring to bring a modern finish

The goal? **Modern luxury without losing the character of this beautiful cottage.**

It’s going to take plenty of graft, a fair bit of problem-solving and a few cups of tea along the way… ☕😂

But when this one is finished, **it’s going to be worth every minute.**

We are looking for a multi-trade tradesman to carry out various property renovation and building work.

Work includes:

Plumbing
Carpentry
Brickwork
Plastering
General building and renovation work

Requirements:

Must be experienced in multiple trades
Own van and tools essential
Reliable and able to work independently

Hours: 8am–5pm
Location: Worcestershire
Pay: Dependent on experience / sub contract basis

This project involved a complete strip-out and renovation from the ground up:
✅ Removed the existing kitchen
✅ Lifted and removed all floor tiles
✅ Stripped out the chimney breast
✅ Rebuilt the chimney breast
✅ Laid new natural slate flooring throughout the hallway, kitchen and front room
✅ Installed a brand-new kitchen
✅ Finished with stunning quartz worktops

Also a recent barn conversation we have done we removed the old stair case and built a new stud wall with new stairs then we studded in between the oak beams to create a separate bedroom
