Another bespoke solar & battery solution installed by Countywide Electrical ⚡🔋☀️

We’ve just completed this impressive off grid solar and battery storage system, designed to provide reliable, renewable energy with excellent battery capacity and backup options.

⚡ 12 × Aiko 540W solar panels – 6.48kW total PV generation
🔋 32kWh Fogstar battery storage
⚡ LuxPower 14kW off-grid inverter
⛽ Generator input for additional backup

The wall mounted Aiko panels provide a neat and efficient installation, while the substantial 32kWh battery bank allows the property to store surplus solar energy for use when the sun isn’t shining.

With the generator input also integrated into the system, the customer has an additional layer of energy security when required.

Another happy returning customer! ☀️🔋

This week we revisited a solar and battery storage system we installed a year ago to increase the battery capacity from 16.1kWh to 32.2kWh.

It was great to hear how much of a difference the system has made to their energy bills over the last 12 months. By combining solar generation with a cheap overnight electricity tariff, they’re able to charge their batteries at low-cost rates, store excess solar energy during the day, and dramatically reduce the amount of electricity they buy at peak prices.

With the extra battery capacity, they’ll be able to take even greater advantage of low overnight rates and maximise their savings all year round.

Countywide Electrical is proud to be starting a solar and battery storage installation at the headquarters of Fogstar Ltd.

System Overview 🔋 ☀️ 🔋
• 127 solar panels
• 2 × 20kW 3-phase Fogstar × LuxPowerTek inverters
• 2 × Fogstar Energy IP65-rated 48V 48.3kWh modular battery stacks - total storage 96.6kWh.

This installation will deliver significant renewable energy generation and large battery storage capacity.

We’re looking forward to showcasing the progress of this exciting project over the summer and demonstrating how commercial solar and battery storage can provide long-term energy savings and sustainability benefits.

Big project completed ⚡️

We’re proud to have delivered a full electrical package on a 10,000 sq ft factory for our client. The scope included a complete rewire, new sub mains installation, CCTV system, full Wi-Fi coverage and structured data setup throughout the facility.

In addition, we carried out a full overhaul of the office areas, ensuring everything is ready for day-to-day operations.

A solid team effort from start to finish, on time, on spec and built to last.

Big progress on site this week 🔧⚡

We’ve just added a third inverter with a battery storage system to our ongoing project, taking this installation to the next level in both capacity and efficiency.

By expanding the system, we’re increasing energy independence, improving load management, and ensuring even greater resilience for the client. It’s all about smarter energy use and future proofing the setup.

We’ve also installed an original Tesla EV charger, featuring a three-phase supply for faster, more efficient charging 🚗⚡
