Probably one of the most complex bathrooms we have ever done , two tiny rooms knocked into one , took out the two doorways to make one , wet room , all pipes hidden , she wanted a spar feel to the room , think it turned out quite well

Nice to do a little kitchen with Elgar kitchens

Removed conservatory, join existing building to garage , raise floor so it’s all one level throughout, raise garage walls so all ceilings are one height, go up another floor to create master bedroom and ensuite , new kitchen, utility and shower room down stairs , old kitchen now becomes new reception hall old living room changes to two rooms dining and office. Old porch removed and new entrance created though to the new hall, oh, and a cloak room to the side of the new hall.

Nice little en-suite , customer has always wanted an en-suite , so we popped in a wall, extended the plumbing and now they don’t have to share the bathroom with teenagers 😂
