💥👷 Delighted to have secured the Groundworks tender package for this stunning ultra modern self build.👷💥 Really looking forward to working with the client and also SWAP consultancy on bringing this one out of ground! The scope of works includes:
☑️ Complete site strip ☑️ Strip and pad foundations along with steelwork. ☑️ Foundation masonry up to DPC. ☑️ Block and beam suspended floor. ☑️ Complete Foul drainage including sewage treatment plant installation along with a drainage field. ☑️ Complete storm water drainage including Aqua cell crate system followed by a Hydobrake flow valve to control the rainwater output. ☑️ All Utility and service installations. Mobilisation works on site will be commencing in the coming days so keep your eyes peeled! 👀💥🚧🪏🦺

Recent job completed carrying out the groundworks package for a new full width double storey extension. This consisted of removing an old existing conservatory base and foundation to make way for the new proposed extension. Followed by excavating the new strip foundation along with balcony pad foundations. Also included, was the installation of the block and beam suspended floor along with all storm and foul drainage. All handed over to the bricklaying contractor to crack on and build the superstructure! Great clients throughout this job made this one a dream! 🧱

After a careful excavation between fibre optics and existing storm drainage we managed to get the plot live on the existing mains sewer system. Utilising a new ‘Mint smooth’ porcelain tile complimented by a buff Pavetuff grout, has really finished off the new outdoor gymnasium perfectly! A few extra features including a bullnose edge to the step has also enhanced the small details.

Concrete works carried out for a new client. Formation cut to allow 150mm Type 1 MOT followed by 200mm of C45 concrete reinforced with A252 sheet mesh. We also installed a new yard gulley to accommodate all of the standing water.
