This time a double storey extension on this cottage and refurb

Feather edge cladding with double French doors on the back and 3 new dormers with grp roofs and insulation the new bedroom Juliet balcony, to make the Most of the view of the garden. Newly skimmed walls and insulation. New bathroom and oak floor fitted throughout and a lovely new positioned oak staircase to free up space In The kitchen.

Lovely single story garden room, with elegant use of sunlight to bring the sunshine into the room. New patio area outside the entrance. Inside the ceiling rafters are exposed to create a taller softer look, as requested by the client. Completed with natural oak flooring. In the bathroom a replacement bath and coat of colour for the walls to freshen it up. With a cupboard below the bath for storage to make the most of the space.
