Problem Found. Repairs Complete. Surface Restored 🛣️

Before work began, our engineer carried out a cable detection survey and installed safety barriers to secure the work area. The affected area was then carefully excavated to access and repair or replace leaking valves.

Once the works were complete, the excavation was backfilled with approved fill material and road stone, compacted to specification, before the surface was reinstated with asphalt tarmac and finished level with the surrounding area.

✅ The result? A safe, tidy and fully reinstated surface, with the underlying issue addressed.

Electrical Repair Completed in Essex 🔌

Another electrical repair successfully completed by our team in Essex.

Our engineer attended site to investigate a power issue and found a burned-out 13A fuse in a fused spur supplying sockets used for car hoovers. After testing the circuit and confirming there were no insulation faults, the fuse was replaced and power was safely restored.

The likely cause was a temporary overload, potentially from the use of portable EV chargers. If the issue continues, installing independent circuits could provide a more suitable long-term solution.

Every electrical fault has a cause, so proper testing is key to identifying the issue and finding the right solution.

Another job completed for one of our clients, this time on a farm building that was in need of a roof and cladding upgrade. 🚜

We attended site to safely remove loose bricks and debris before carrying out repairs to the damaged wall. Where possible, we reused the existing stone and brickwork, with lime mortar used for repointing where required.
