We moved this one up the schedule — what a stunning design and handover from our client. Turning the 2nd Floor of Staffordshire Place into QBE’s new home looks fantastic.

It was a pleasure working with Gemma and the team for the first time; here’s to many more projects together.

A tidy site and a clear, well-structured programme made our job much easier — thank you, Gemma & Roddy.

We delivered the decorating package for a new 101,819 sq ft warehouse and office development at Martland Park. The high-specification facility was designed to support modern industrial and logistics occupiers, with a focus on sustainability, efficiency, and long-term adaptability.

The project was completed on programme, delivering a clean, durable, and professional finish that complemented the building’s Cat A office accommodation and overall high-quality specification.

Being part of the refurbishment of this Grade II-listed Birmingham landmark has kept one of our teams busy over the last 12 months. With several areas already handed over, we’re excited to showcase spaces now nearing final completion.

Handover completed for a new manufacturing and precious-metals facility: front-facing first-floor offices and laboratory spaces delivered to a Cat A fit-out, with the rear allocated to secure manufacturing, storage and logistics.

A little snippet of this West Midlands project we delivered for a long standing client.
