Danescourt Manor and Village Life

Stockwell End for decades has enjoyed the reputation as the more affluent and fashionable western destination of Wolverhampton.

The delightful mix of architecture in this quiet leafy backwater stretches between the South Staffordshire border and the village of Tettenhall with high class shopping and cafes. Tettenhall Green including a public pool, and acres of common land, keeps the rural village feel providing a cricket ground and pavilion, tennis club, nearby gym and beyond the renowned South Staffordshire 18 hole Golf Course.

This summer sees the completion of 26 apartments by Bantock Homes LTD in a contemporary style. Located between the Golf Club and the Greenbelt, this private location is so convenient and designed on two floors with all the apartments being of an individual design. Founder and local businessman Dino couldn't miss such an opportunity, "this was so rare, to have the chance of redesigning this important landmark building and create affordable homes in such a prestigious area is once in a life time. We are aiming to appeal to all age ranges with ample parking and recreational space. The interiors will be styled in a modern form to match the striking exterior, whilst early reservation gives the buyer some input into their kitchen design".
