Level Access Shower Multi-Trade Fitter
Salary: £36,000 per year + Company Van + Holiday + Up to £1,000 Monthly Performance Bonus

About the Role
I’m looking for an experienced and reliable Level Access Shower / Multi-Trade Fitter to join our growing team.
We specialise in level access showers, wet rooms and aids & adaptations, helping customers maintain their independence and make their homes safer and more accessible.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced multi-trade operative who takes pride in their work and enjoys seeing a project through from start to finish.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out level access shower and adaptation installations, working in customers' homes and delivering a high standard of workmanship.
Typical work will include:
Bathroom strip-outs and preparation
Level access shower installations
Shower tray/former installation
First and second fix plumbing
Soil and waste connections
Installation of toilets, basins and showers
Tiling/wall paneling
Basic carpentry and joinery
Plasterboarding and making good
Installation of grab rails and other adaptations
Silicone and finishing works
Leaving every job clean, tidy and ready for handover
You will be expected to work independently and take responsibility for the quality of your work from start to finish.
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience in bathroom fitting, wet rooms or level access showers
Is confident working across multiple trades
Can work independently and manage their own jobs
Takes pride in delivering a high-quality finish
Has good attention to detail
Is reliable, professional
Has good communication and customer service skills
Can work to agreed timescales
Holds a full UK driving licence and over 25 years of age.
Experience within aids & adaptations, DFG works, local authority work or accessible bathrooms would be highly advantageous, although strong multi-trade bathroom experience will also be considered.
