Water damaged flooring.

Neil originally asked me to sort out a problem with his bathroom after being recommended by one of my previous customers.

While I was there, the topic of the floor came up, he mentioned the hallway floor had been damaged by a leaking boiler.

Once I fixed the bathroom problem I investigated the old flooring, it was clear it wasn’t just a case of laying a new floor. Everything underneath needed drying properly first, and there was black mould behind the skirting that had to be dealt with before anything went back down.

A few days later, once it was all dry, the new engineered oak floor went in, the skirting and walls were redecorated, and I also replaced the bath panel while I was there.

Neil was really pleased with how it turned out and even asked me back to decorate more of the his flat.

A nice job to finish, and another happy customer.

Another bathroom fully transformed and ready for the customer to enjoy!

Another happy customer after a kitchen refresh ✨
We removed the old, dated laminate worktops and leaking tap, then installed a beautiful solid oak worktop to completely transform the space.

The project included:
✔️ New solid oak worktop fitted
✔️ New sink, tap & waste installed
✔️ Gas hob safely removed and reinstalled

The tiles will be replaced shortly to finish everything off nicely 👌

Project Brief – Garage Conversion

Our client had outgrown their home and, with the shift to working from home, needed a dedicated office space. By renovating their existing long garage, we were able to transform it into a highly functional and comfortable area.

The garage was intelligently split into a 70/30 layout, creating a spacious office/gym area, while retaining a secure storage space in the remaining 30%.

All works were completed in line with current building regulations. The conversion included fully waterproofing the structure, installing a new power supply fed from the house, fitting a new double-glazed door and window, LED spot lighting, and multiple power sockets throughout. A modern timber-style floor was added to complete the space.

Following completion, the client personalised the room with a combination of white and soft pink walls. They have since commented on how warm, comfortable, and practical the room is and how pleased they are with the extra space gained.

A great example of how an underused garage can be transformed into a valuable living and working area.

Our client’s vision was a stylish, open-plan kitchen designed for modern family living and entertaining. The brief called for sleek, high-gloss, handleless white cabinetry, creating a clean and contemporary aesthetic throughout the space.

The layout features tall, fully integrated fridge and freezer units, along with an integrated dishwasher for a seamless finish. A statement range-style cooker takes centre stage, complemented by an undermounted sink for a refined, minimalist look.

At the heart of the kitchen is a generous family-sized island, wrapped in striking super high-gloss white quartz — perfect for socialising, dining, and everyday family life.

To complete the design, the client later chose engineered oak flooring, adding warmth and contrast and bringing the entire kitchen together beautifully.

Project Brief – Front Entrance Upgrade

Our customer asked us to remove and replace the existing front door porch steps, which had become worn over time. During periods of heavy rain, water was being directed towards the property, so improving drainage was a key part of this project.

We removed the old paving and installed a new driveway drainage channel, directing excess water safely away into a soakaway. Due to the heavy clay ground, growing ground-level shrubs had proven difficult, so the customer opted for a low-maintenance solution.

To enhance the appearance of the space, we finished the area with decorative slate chippings and added planters to introduce colour and bring new life to the front of the home.

Project Brief – Kitchen Renovation

Our client wanted to refresh the kitchen in their beautiful late-1800s cottage while retaining its original character. The brief was to reuse the existing kitchen cabinetry, with the oak doors professionally painted to give a fresh, modern feel.

We upgraded the space by installing stunning marble-effect quartz worktops with elegant ogee edging, along with new plumbing throughout. The flooring was also replaced, and a new double sink installed to enhance both functionality and style.

Finished in a striking navy blue, the transformed kitchen perfectly blends period charm with contemporary design. Our client was absolutely overjoyed with their revamped kitchen.

Our client wanted to maximise storage in their cloakroom lavatory while keeping the space bright, practical, and stylish.

We achieved this by designing bespoke dark green cabinetry built seamlessly along the walls, paired with clean white solid-surface worktops. The look is complemented by a white porcelain sink and WC, with brass taps and door handles adding a touch of warmth and elegance.

To finish the space, the client chose a beautifully patterned wallpaper, elevating the room and adding real character.
