AdSimulo Traffic analysis for 140m class “A” office

Following three steps we have discussed this month, we are now on 𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟒: 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

The “exported” solution during step 3 expert analysis will be configurated into five data sheets: Zone, Floors, Passengers, Lifts and Shaft Layout.

One of the good things our users liked is that each of data sheets comes with a default setting for lift zones, lift configuration, passenger details and traffic scenario which makes the process much easier for architects, lift designers and consultants. Meanwhile, should anything need to be amended, one can click on the “𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭” tab and go through each data sheet before clicking on the “𝐑𝐔𝐍 𝐒𝐈𝐌𝐔𝐋𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍” tab.

How AdSimulo helped to built a 140m class “A” office building

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟑: 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐢𝐬

The information filled during step 2, will be configurated into four data sheets.

Click on “𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭” tap and go through each data sheet. As the floor populations, floor to floor heights and the traffic design criteria must be specified. We have carefully amended anything (according to data collected during step 1) before click on “RUN EXPERT SYSTEM” tap. Please refer the screen shot provided.

The AdSimulo “expertsystem” enables thousands of potential solutions to be tested in minutes using “cloud computing” techniques. “Optimal” solutions are those that meet all the design criteria specified whilst minimizing the footprint taken out of the building. The “expertsystem” will only identify solutions that enable the correct levels of lift service in terms of “quality” and “quantity” of service. The selected solutions can easily be “exported” to the main simulation application for further processing.
