⭐️ GARDEN MAKEOVER WITH OUTDOOR KITCHEN ⭐️

We completed this amazing transformation job in the summer, with a garden that was sloped and used to get really boggy we decided enough was enough so we designed a complete maintenance free garden

We removed the slabs and dug up the old grass
We laid over 30 tonne of crushed concrete to level the garden up
We laid a new resin bounded base coat and an amazing battleship grey top coat
We then applied 7 tonne of granite dust so we could screed the lawn completely level in order to lay the beautiful Astro turf

After the garden was edged and all finished we then built a outside kitchen with steel posts and then a wood framed structure
It was finished with black fibreglass roof, then a silicone cream render which looks absolutely unreal

Then it was dressed up with signs and shelves and a pizza over and hot grill flat plate
The bar has a fridge with full electrics and led lighting

Just finished this job for Caroline Cowen and Rob Cowen

They wanted a more open feel and useable space
We supplied the structural calculations, we supplied the steel and carried out all the works to complete this job
We built a new utility wall and supplied and fitted the new oak door also

They now have a much bigger and brighter kitchen diner

⭐️ WIVENHOE CONSERVATORY CONVERSION ⭐️

Just finished another conservatory conversion for a lovely couple in wivenhoe (Michelle Webb)

After talking to the customers about the issues they were having with the old conservatory roof ( too hot and leaking ) we recommended changing the roof for a solid build with a fibreglass finish
This would reduce the heat in the room dramatically and make the space more useable

We took the old roof off
New wooden structure
New insulation
New fibreglass roof with lead detail
Removal of old door frame and step
New electrics for lighting
New plastering
New painting
New mastic

The transformation is massive as usual with these conversions

Just finished this beautiful light/bright kitchen for Wayne macnamara and Georgia price

We were called in after they had been let down by another builder, we obviously jumped at the chance to complete this job for them

After some lengthy discussion we came up with a beautiful design with 30 mm quarts tops
We blocked a doorway up, laid a new LVT floor
We fully plastered, new electrics, new plumbing, full decoration and a full kitchen fit

Finished this cladding today for our lovely neighbours
We stripped the old upvc cladding which had been fixed on top on the original wooden tongue and grove
We added new felt and treated batten with ventilation voids to stop damp and mould buildup
Then we finished with a mountain sage colour fibre cement hardie plank

The house now looks so modern with this great product

What can I say about this job, the finish is like something out of a catalogue, it’s absolutely stunning

From talking to the customer we were told what she wanted to achieve and we delivered

We took a wall out and put a steel In to open up the space
We removed the old kitchen
We added all new electrics, plumbing, water main, new gas feed, new lvt flooring, new plastering, new skirting and architrave, new kitchen with worktops and appliances, new painting, new door with sliding track, new painting and new mastic work

The work that went into this kitchen was unreal
A huge thankyou to all my team for completing this masterpiece

We’ve got a extremely happy customer and we keep our reputation going strong as one of the best in Essex

We removed this chimney today for a lovely woman in Colchester

As the house is over a 100 years old it had started to show signs of old age like many chimneys today
It had a lead back gutter but cement flaunching up the side and to the front where lead should be

The cement had split letting water in
The chimney was moving due to no cement in the joints
The cap was broken
The list is endless
So the customer asked us to remove it that way she will never have to worry about it leaking again

We supplied the scaffold
We removed it, added a new supporting rafter, felt and battened then tiled the roof in
We completed a new verge with new cement
