PSI are back in piles this week — this time in beautiful Scotland! 🏴

The team is carrying out specialist spray foam works to the exposed pile walls, infilling between the piles and then applying approximately 150mm to the face to create a more consistent surface ready for the next stages of construction.

This is a substantial project, using 40+ sets of BASF closed-cell foam across the works.

Another great example of the scale and variety of projects PSI undertake throughout the UK. 💪

It’s not all work, work, work at PSI! 💪

When Garreth isn’t out on site as one of our waterproofing sprayers, you’ll often find him doing something a little heavier! 🏋️‍♂️

Today he’s competing in Hampshire’s Strongest 2026 – Open Men, following months of dedication and training.

PSI have been on a different one this week! 👌

Our team has been carrying out specialist Polyurea works on a power station, helping to prevent earth leakage with a robust, seamless system.

The solution involved rolling out geotextile, fixing it to the concrete deck, and then spraying 3mm Polyurea over the surface to create a tough, protective membrane.

A great example of the wide range of projects we take on — and another quality job delivered by the PSI team. 💪

It’s been another busy week for the team at Premium Spray Insulation Ltd! 💪

We’ve been carrying out a mixture of spray foam insulation and waterproofing works, and thankfully the weather has been absolutely perfect for getting this external roof completed.

This project received 25mm closed-cell spray foam, followed by a 3mm Polyurea waterproof coating — giving the roof added insulation, a seamless waterproof finish and long-lasting protection from the elements.

Another great job completed by the PSI team. 👏

🌧️ It’s been a tough start to the year at Premium Spray Insulation Ltd (PSI) 🌧️

The constant rain and horrific winds have unfortunately not been on our side. Like many in the construction industry, the weather has caused delays — which is frustrating for us, our spray technicians, and most importantly our valued customers who rely on our professional installations.
