🏗️ Another Polyurea Project Completed in St Andrews, Scotland! 🏴

The PSI team have been hard at work in St Andrews, carrying out the full preparation, priming and application of a 2mm Polyurea waterproofing system.

As always, the Scottish weather likes to keep us on our toes 🌦️ — but the team worked around the conditions and absolutely smashed it! 💪

From the prepared concrete substrate through to the finished seamless waterproofing system, including the perimeter upstands, the transformation speaks for itself.

PHASE ONE COMPLETE ✅ | SCOTLAND 🏴

Another substantial project for Premium Spray Insulation Ltd, with Phase One now completed on time.

This one certainly kept the team on their toes! 😰

The sprayed areas had to be finished to extremely tight tolerances, with only a 25mm tolerance permitted across the works.

Once completed, the installation was laser measured, checked and signed off ✅

A fantastic effort from the PSI team working within a very busy construction site and around some serious temporary works.

PSI are back in piles this week — this time in beautiful Scotland! 🏴

The team is carrying out specialist spray foam works to the exposed pile walls, infilling between the piles and then applying approximately 150mm to the face to create a more consistent surface ready for the next stages of construction.

This is a substantial project, using 40+ sets of BASF closed-cell foam across the works.

Another great example of the scale and variety of projects PSI undertake throughout the UK. 💪

It’s not all work, work, work at PSI! 💪

When Garreth isn’t out on site as one of our waterproofing sprayers, you’ll often find him doing something a little heavier! 🏋️‍♂️

Today he’s competing in Hampshire’s Strongest 2026 – Open Men, following months of dedication and training.

We’re incredibly proud to have him as part of the PSI team and we’re all wishing him the very best of luck today.

PSI have been on a different one this week! 👌

Our team has been carrying out specialist Polyurea works on a power station, helping to prevent earth leakage with a robust, seamless system.

The solution involved rolling out geotextile, fixing it to the concrete deck, and then spraying 3mm Polyurea over the surface to create a tough, protective membrane.

A great example of the wide range of projects we take on — and another quality job delivered by the PSI team. 💪

It’s been another busy week for the team at Premium Spray Insulation Ltd! 💪

We’ve been carrying out a mixture of spray foam insulation and waterproofing works, and thankfully the weather has been absolutely perfect for getting this external roof completed.

This project received 25mm closed-cell spray foam, followed by a 3mm Polyurea waterproof coating — giving the roof added insulation, a seamless waterproof finish and long-lasting protection from the elements.

Another great job completed by the PSI team. 👏
