On the 19th of October we at Oxford Pools are taking on the three peaks in aid of Cancer Research Uk

Most of us have been affected by this awful disease and by raising we hope
£1000.00 we can get one step closer to finding a cure, please give anything you can and of course you’re best wishes and motivation will always be appreciated

CHRISTMAS OPENING HOURS

CUSTOMER NOTICE REGARDING OUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND SHOP

OUR RESPONSE TO THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK

Our Service department and shop are operating as normal with a few tweaks

We are taking extra precautions in the office and with all our staff and engineers with extra deep cleaning regimes and segregation of staff.

No deliveries are allowed in our offices and we are operating an Order and Collect Service for our shop customers (see below for more details) so our contact with anyone is very limited.

Our engineers will obviously not be coming within 2 metres of any of our customers and normally don’t come into contact with many people as they are nearly always isolated to the pool area when on site.

CHANGES TO OUR SHOP

From today 17/03/2020 we will be operating an order and collect service taking orders and payments over the telephone for shop goods and leaving them for collection from us at an agreed time.

When you arrive at Oxford Pools Our new entry system will when pressed alert us to your presence and then we can leave your goods outside whilst you sit in your car.
