✨ WE’RE REBRANDING! ✨

From 5th October, DACK Cleaning Services will become PureCare Cleaning Services.

Due to a change in my personal circumstances, I’ve made the decision to rebrand to protect the business and its future.

💙 New name. Same people. Same service. Same ethos.

For our customers, nothing changes. Your regular cleans, cleaning team, service and the high standards you expect from us will all continue as normal. There is nothing you need to do.

We’re still owned by Claire Pitchford and Mary remains very much a valued part of my team — the only change is our name and branding.

Thank you for your continued trust and support. We’re looking forward to welcoming you to our next chapter as PureCare Cleaning Services. 🫧✨

I didn’t start my business just to run a business , I started it for a reason that’s deeply personal to me.

My late father was a paraplegic, and finding the right support for him was incredibly difficult. We didn’t just need a cleaner, we needed someone who understood the balance between helping with what he couldn’t do, while still encouraging him to stay independent in the ways he could.

That kind of cleaner was almost impossible to find.

As a family, we stepped in. But over time, our visits became less about quality time and more about catching up on cleaning and tasks he needed help with. Something I regret and would hate others to feel the same.

When my father passed, I inherited a small amount of money. It didn’t feel right to spend it on myself, it wasnt my money to spend, so it needed to mean something. So I used it to build something that could help others in the same situation.

In early 2023, I set up my business with one clear purpose:
👉 To support people who genuinely need it, with dignity, understanding, and care.

Since then, we’ve grown. While our heart remains rooted in supporting those with additional needs, we now proudly support both disabled and able-bodied clients, because everyone deserves reliable, compassionate help.

This isn’t just work. It’s personal.
And it always will be.
