The key elements of all builds are those that are buried or hidden and forgotten about. Generally the most costly parts too…. Piles, foundations, drainage, structural steels.

After a couple of failed attempts by other contractors, this lovely project landed on our desk. What started off as just the landscaping package, soon grew into much more. Installed a new 3phase main with associated kiosk, Larch cladding and composite soffits to the garage, new large cladded shed, drainage, reinforced concrete slabs and much much more. Custom wardrobe built exactly to customers requirements. A great use of the space within their converted loft.

This project was a labour of love. Full scaffold and temporary roof allowed us to strip the roof back, replacing Fascias, soffits, and guttering. Minor repairs were required for the roof trusses, but given the building's age, we were pleasantly surprised. New loft insulation and re roofing with increased ventilation will keep the place warm and dry. Four chimneys were repointed and flaunching replaced. The final result is a silicon render in off white, with stone details built out in anthracite grey, creating a lovely contrast.

No space outside for a skip or anywhere to store the rubble for collection. Well planned and well executed and 100% worth the trouble!

Bathroom revamp 🩷 A bold mix of floor and wall patterns that we feel have worked well in this space and finished off nicely with luxury brass fittings and fixtures. The homeowner had a clear vision and we’re happy she loved the final result.
