A small job from last week, my customer wanted more usable storage in a cupboard.

So I made 2 large drawers with a shelf, and raised the height of the hanging rail, so no more dead space.

firstly, removing these old integrated appliances and replacing them with shelves cabinets. we used the old frontals but needed to drill out and install new hinges.

The next job at this property was to replace the bathroom mixer taps on the basin and bath.

Ceiling all complete, all corners were sanded and re-shaped and the main area or ceiling also had sand to remove the worse old roller lines and bits of paint.

The product used was "AF1 ceiling paint" by Albany which is a non reflective super Matt finish to help with large ceilings and lots of natural light.

We're pleased with the finished result.

also stain locked the second window and caulked all the gaps , just the French doors to go.

following on from Tuesday's mess making, yesterday was a day of filling and making good all the cracks and holes.

As mentioned in the previous post, the filling products used were "fill-flex and interior filler" both by Toupret.

Some areas we used expanding foam to fill large gaps and to give something for the filler to adhere too.

these cracks were then filled with "fill-flex" by toupret which is a high flexibility filler, once dry this was then skimmed over with interior filler.

we have also started masking up the glass and sanding all the windows and doors as these are going white.

so we called back to this project today to finish up with the ceiling we plastered a few weekends ago.

As the temperature wad slightly cooler today, we could actually get into the loft to wire the new led spotlights up.

A little bit of prep was required where the old coving used to be, but all painted white now ready for fitted wardrobe installation.
