Plants make a garden!

We’ve had the great opportunity to plant up this magnificent rural garden, complete with its own stunning natural swimming pool.

This garden was crying out to be planted up, and it really does feel like we’ve added the icing on the cake.

We’ve used a carefully selected mix of perennials, shrubs and structural planting to bring the garden to life.

Yew provides year-round structure and shape — the bare bones of any successful planting scheme.

Ornamental grasses add texture, movement and softness, creating a natural flow throughout the garden.

Alongside these, we’ve planted a wide range of perennials, from vibrant Kniphofia to Perovskia, creating layers of colour and interest that will develop beautifully as the seasons progress.

We can’t wait to watch this garden mature and see the planting really come into its own.

A recent planting job for a customer who had a narrow strip of land alongside their property and wanted something smart, tidy, and low-maintenance.

We planted:
• Viburnum tinus
• Choisya ternata ‘Greenfingers’
• Euonymus japonicus ‘White Spire’

All plants were supplied by .

To finish the bed, we applied a thick layer of bark mulch to help suppress weeds, retain moisture throughout the year, and keep the area looking neat with minimal upkeep.

The result is a clean, evergreen planting scheme that will look great all year round. 🌱
