After nearly 30 years, it's time to say a huge thank you and farewell to our Director, Kevin Oughton, who will be retiring at the end of July. 🎉

Kevin joined us in November 1997 and has been at the heart of everything we do ever since — from delivering major industrial installations and plant upgrades for some of the UK's leading manufacturers, to being one of the biggest champions our apprenticeship scheme has ever had.

Several members of our team today started their careers under Kevin's watch, and that might just be the legacy he's most proud of. He has given so much to this company and to the people within it, and there aren't many who haven't been touched by his dedication, his knowledge, and his genuine care for the people around him.

We have it on good authority that the golf course is already calling — and knowing Kevin, there's every chance a country music concert has been pencilled into the calendar too. 🎸⛳

Kevin, from everyone at Wisbech Electrical — thank you for your dedication, your passion, and nearly three decades of making this company what it is today. You will be hugely missed, but we couldn't be happier for you. Here's to a very well-earned retirement and everything the next chapter brings. 🥂

Big milestone for the team — we’re delighted to share that we’ve officially achieved ISO 45001 certification 🎉

ISO 45001 is the internationally recognised standard for occupational health & safety management systems, helping businesses create safer workplaces and reduce risks for employees, contractors, and clients.

This now sits alongside our existing ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, reflecting our continued commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and the health & safety of everyone we work with.

As a commercial & industrial electrical contractor, creating safe working environments has always been a top priority for us. Achieving ISO 45001 is a fantastic recognition of the standards our team works hard to maintain every single day, both on site and behind the scenes.
