Phase 2 at Uxbridge College now all complete, this time overlaying an existing felt roof.

Cleaned, primed and overlaid using the Flexitec 2020 system from Restec.

The first of two flat rooofing projects successfully completed at Uxbridge College.

The heat made this one more difficult than it needed to be but as always every effort was made to make sure our team completed the works safely and efficiently.

Happy to deliver this project on time and to the highest standard, ensuring minimum disruption to the students and staff on their return after the break.

A small domestic job wrapped up this week in Gerrards Cross.

Replacement of the old failing felt cold roof with a new Restec Roofing liquid system, making good use of the self adhesive VCL and carrier layer.

Another failed low pitch extension roof and another common case of builders attempting to carry out the roofing works on this domestic pitched roof in Old Windsor.

Unfortunately for this client the only way we were happy to get involved with this project was if we completely stripped off the existing roof and started fresh.

We opted for Planum low pitch interlocking clay tiles in slate grey which can go all the way down to 10 degrees and replaced all of the existing felt, batten and VELUX flashing kits.

We also swapped out the EPDM rubber flat roofs for IKO three layer torch on felt systems and opted for continuous dry verges for a sleek finish, another happy customer with the peace of mind of a leak free roof with solid guarantees in place.
