Lots of fun learning about mini beasts this week!

We talked about which ones fly and which ones crawl/creep and we stuck our stickers on the correct side of the plate to show what we had learnt! We also turned some pebbles into ladybirds!

Our baby caterpillars arrived today, we are excited to watch them grow and then turn into butterflies!

This week we have been reading books about winter and snow, we enjoyed playing outside in the snow and have been practising our cutting skills by making snowmen. We are also working really hard on pencil control and name writing. We enjoyed a lovely music session with Jolly Melodies Lightwater and have had some lovely local walks.
