We are looking for someone to join our team who shares that passion.
The Role
This is a customer-facing position within a high-end, design-led nursery environment. You will be working with discerning clients who value quality, advice, and attention to detail.
Your role will include:
• Assisting customers in selecting plants for their gardens and projects
• Providing knowledgeable, confident advice
• Maintaining the presentation of our nursery to the highest standards
• Supporting with plant care and stock management
• Being part of a team that takes pride in excellence
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a genuine interest in plants and horticulture
• Takes pride in presentation and professionalism
• Is confident speaking with clients
• Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
• Enjoys working as part of a close, driven team
Experience is welcome, but attitude and enthusiasm matter more.
