All wrapped up! reroof on this Edwardian property 👌
Plenty of timber repairs needed, cut in new C24 timber rafters as needed and fitted new 35x 280mm yellow southern pine fascia👍
Removed the old clay tiles rotten batten and rusted nails 😅 and installed new quality roof shield membrane and roof grade 38mm x 25mm batten followed by these beautiful Edilians clay tiles .
Verges bedded with black bedding mortar with primed undercloaking 💪 . New velux and fresh lead work 😎

First stage of this project completed. Structural repairs to the front countered bay 👍
Installed two reclaimed oak columns purchased on granite saddle stones to support the bay above 💪
Installed new hardwood Sapele window sills and dummy beams 👌
Rebuilt the gable and fitted a new 152x89 UB above the window replacing the rotten timber lintel.
All ready for re rendering !
