One I finished a while ago ✅️

Attention to detail had to be exact on this one to get crisp lines throughout each section of the render facades

Below dpc work colour gunmetal was selected to get a close match to the cladding

This was a full hack off with different backgrounds being brick and block, the block being set back so hence a slight difference in levels, I feel the change off sets it again quite nicely as the step has a slight fall for weathering purpose

Render build up

Full ecorend system

G10 primer to all elevations brick and block
Ocr with embedded mesh 10mm
Beads 10mm
Portland stone 1.5 sf
Below dpc gunmetal grey

Dormers ticked off with some final finishes, and we have a beautiful final product.

sf thincoat 1.5 chalk white complements the oak and red tile nicely with a pale green window.

Fx4 base over the render board
Ocr over the brickwork
Fully meshed

G10 over brickwork with ocr 10mm basecoat
10mm Ocr over blockwork

All with embedded mesh

Finished in white pearl sf15
Silflex 1.5 thincoat render
Over primer.
