The hummingbird hawk moth! What a beautiful specimen🙏these beauties have been buzzing around my ears all week and have taken a couple of opportunities to video them. We don’t very often see them in numbers but as our climate has been extreme they are loving it🌞🔥They originate from Northern Europe and are named after the similarity of the hummingbird as they feed on the nectar of tube shaped flowers using their long proboscis while hovering in the air. I also made a video on slow mo.. to follow!!👍😎

Today I made a start clearing a rockery of all the Cotswolds stones and plants! Utilising all the plants at the back of the property to create a border alongside the fence. The trees have to be removed now from the rockery and then a new lawn can be laid! Update to follow when completed✊

So here’s a little job that I started back at the end of spring! Cleared trees and shrubs, turf laid, plants delivered and planted!! Now looking well established alongside this beautiful Cotswold house. Another low maintenance area achieved🙌🙌😎🌞

So today I was tasked with the job of cutting back this out of control conifer which has been taken over by the dreaded ivy😩it is obstructing the use of the disability ramp safely. Here are some before, during and after shots of the job! Most importantly the customers are extremely happy!!👌😎🌞
