We are seeking a motivated and versatile Plasterer/Labourer to join our dynamic Plastering Team.
In this role, you will be actively involved in a variety of building and finishing projects, contributing to the creation of durable, high-quality structures.

Responsibilities:
-Prepare work sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing tools and materials for plastering and general construction tasks
-Help plasterers to plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces with precision, ensuring smooth finishes that meet project specifications
-Operate hand tools, power tools, and spray machinery safely
-Follow safety protocols diligently while working at heights or with hazardous materials
-Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high standards of quality
Requirements:
Proven experience in plastering or related construction trades,Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques.
Basic understanding of schematics and building plans, Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately.
Strong physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions,Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills and responsibilities.
