Another three serving hatches are ready to go to our customers! Thank you for your business!

We fabricate serving hatches to any measurements with nationwide delivery / fitting. Each of our hatches feature all aluminium TIG welded frame, aluminium snail hinge, composite panel, gas struts and locks. They arrive fully assembled and ready to be fitted. Perfect for panel vans, low loaders, box trailers, horse trailers etc.

The progress on the shipping container conversion into a high volume chips unit.

We started with an empty 20ft shipping container and first cut it down to 4.6m due to the size restrictions that our customer has.

✅3.6m serving hatch and a walk in door were fitted

✅Walls and ceiling were cladded

✅Custom stainless steel countertops with a sink unit fabricated and fitted.

Soon we will update you with the final stage when the unit will be set up on its permanent location.

2 weeks progress. A standard 20ft (6m) shipping container has been shortened to 4.6m as per customers request. Inside: complete walls and ceiling insulation, plywood cladding, finish walls and ceiling cladding, safety flooring installation, serving hatch opening, walk in door installation, electrics installation ✅ it will be fully finished within the next two weeks with a brand new frying range and stainless steel counters, signs etc.
