It's been a busy week this week with multiple EICR'S completed for both landlords and prospective home buyers. It is becoming good practice now for people moving home to have an electrical safety check carried out on the property they are looking to purchase. If you are a landlord in need of an EICR or looking to move, and would like to have a report carried out on the condition of the electric installation of your potential new home, please feel free to contact me. A recently completed kitchen with new spot lights, feature lighting, and additional sockets finished in brushed steel effect. The power for the appliances is discreetly placed to minimise the outlets on show.
Upgrades to the household consumer unit to bring it up to date.
