Another boiler conversion completed!✔️

This system was converted from an outdated traditional tank-fed stored hot water system to a combination boiler, with the boiler relocated into the garage.

Relocating the boiler and removing the existing hot water storage and associated pipework has allowed us to free up valuable space within the bathroom, while also providing the benefits of a modern combi system — including hot water on demand without the need for a separate hot water cylinder or storage tank.

As part of the installation, we also removed the existing surface-mounted heating pipework and re-routed it within the walls. This gives the finished rooms a much cleaner, more modern appearance, while removing unnecessary exposed pipework and creating a neater overall finish.

The existing heating system was adapted and reworked to suit the new installation, with the pipework altered and routed to provide a clean and practical installation.

A proper system clean is an important part of a new boiler installation — helping to protect the new boiler, improve system efficiency and circulation, and prolong the life of the heating system. It also forms part of the manufacturer’s installation requirements for maintaining the boiler warranty.

The heating system was then refilled, treated and commissioned ready for use. 🔥

Water Main Leak Successfully Repaired

This water main leak was quickly located, isolated, and repaired. The damaged pipe was fixed, pressure tested to ensure it was watertight, and the site was safely reinstated. Water supply was restored with minimal disruption.
