All block-work and foundation completed
Roof timbers now fully installed and made watertight
1st fix plumbing completed
1st fix electrics completed
Internal stud walls built to create additional living area, downstairs bedroom and en-suite
All drainage completed
All insulation installed

This week will see

All plastering completed
Roof and velux window fully installed
Windows and French doors installed
2nd fix electrics and 2nd fix plumbing completed
Internal joinery started

Looking to get this fully completed by end of the month which will be a week less than the original 8 week timescale we gave for the works. 👍

Our latest garage conversion coming along nicely 👍

4 days in and the insulated floors done, block work to front completed, 1st fix electrics and plumbing for new radiator completed and stud walls built.

Onto the plastering, rendering and fitting new window this week and it should be fully completed within 2 weeks.
