Reviewed 19-Sep-2026 Spoke with Jason on the phone. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me through the checks I needed to make re a trip switch problem on my consumer unit. Following his guidance I was able to find the source of the problem and a call out wasnt necessary. Had further help been needed, Im confident he would have responded. Nice bloke and would suggest to any one who needed help to speak with Jason.
