Bathroom repair ✔️

Bathroom repair after an undiscovered leak that looked to have been happening for a few years had damaged the flooring, joists and walls.
New joists, flooring and wall constructed then tiled and reinstated the existing suite. Added an access panel to easier gain access to the concealed cistern 🛠️

Stripped back the roof, replaced the felt and battons with new and swapped out any broken tiles.

This roof had been leaking in after a combination of a poor initial installation and the window cleaner walking over it resulting in a fair few broken tiles 🛠️
