Good morning all! 🌅Just a quick update...

Rehab going well, fully out the boot now and learning how to use my foot again!! 9 weeks in to this crazy journey! 🙌

Big shout out to my incredible family keeping me sane through all of this and my wife for dealing with my moodiness 🤣🤣🤣 Those who know me are aware I cannot sit still for 5 minutes!

Hopefully not too long before I'm back and I can burn off all this energy⚡️💡

7 weeks post Achilles tendon rupture. Finally out of the boot but now the hard part starts. The next 6-8 weeks are crucial in my recovery. Learning how to use my foot again is going to be a long process. I'm missing work like I never thought I would. I can't wait to come back stronger than ever.

Little bit of sad news for Aimee Dalton Electrical today 😢

After returning to netball last night after a long while out, 2 minutes to the end of the game I've pushed off my back foot and snapped my Achilles tendon 😭

Unfortunately, this means I'll be out of work for at least 12 weeks whilst I recover.

Not great news but there are worse things in life and with good rehab I should be on the road to recovery and can get back to doing what I love most!

To anyone who is booked in, I will be in touch personally to recommend some extremely good and reliable electricians who can cover me whilst I'm away.

To all my loyal customers, I thank you in advance for your patience and I can only apologise for any inconvenience I may have caused you ❤️
