Before and after — hit and miss fencing installed in Garstang 👌You can see exactly what we were working with — an overgrown boundary with no real structure or privacy.

The brief was simple: clean it up and put up a proper fence that's going to last.

Hit and miss fencing is a great choice for a job like this. The alternating board design lets air flow through while still giving privacy and that clean, solid finish from both sides — it looks just as good from the neighbour's garden as it does from yours.

Posts set properly, boards treated and the whole run finished neat and level 💪And the best part?

Slate chippings along the border edge finishing it off nicely too.

Luckily we just squeezed the micro digger and dumper in — you can see how tight it was. Saved hours and kept the job moving properly.

Porcelain patio with block border detail, raised rendered planters, new fencing all around, artificial grass, timber pergola with festoon lights, swing seat, BBQ station and living wall panels.

Everything on this project was designed and installed by our team — groundworks, landscaping, fencing, lighting and structures. One company, one job, one clean finish.

The artificial grass keeps it low maintenance and full of colour whatever the season — and when the lights come on in the evening, it's a completely different space 🔥

When the inside flows straight into the outside 👌

The porcelain patio with block border detail was designed to sit flush with the bifold doors — so when they're open, the garden becomes a natural extension of the living space. Clean lines, level thresholds and a finish that complements the house rather than clashing with it.

New fencing all around gives it that enclosed, private feel and the raised rendered planters add structure and definition without overcrowding the space.

Under-bench lighting, step lights, wall lights, festoon lighting on the pergola and an illuminated water feature as the focal point — the whole space comes alive after dark.

The porcelain patio, rendered planters and artificial grass all look clean in the daytime — but the lighting takes it to another level in the evening.

Every light was positioned to add depth, warmth and that finishing touch that makes it feel like a proper outdoor room.

Complete garden transformation 🌿Porcelain patio with block border detail, raised rendered planters, new fencing all around, artificial grass and a timber pergola — all designed and built to work together as one clean, finished space.

This garden went from an empty plot to a fully usable outdoor living area. Every element was planned with the overall finish in mind — from the block border detailing on the patio through to the rendered planters and living wall panels on the house.

The artificial grass adds that pop of colour that pulls the whole space together and keeps it looking sharp all year round 👌
