🚨 We’re Hiring – Temporary Office Support (Ad Hoc Basis) 🚨
At Essex Restoration, we have an exciting opportunity for office-based staff to join our friendly, family-run business.
This is a temporary role to provide cover for sickness and holidays, working on an as and when required” basis.
🧑💼 The Role:
You’ll play a key part in keeping our office running smoothly, including:
* Answering calls from clients, policyholders, loss adjusters, and insurance companies
* Chasing updates on ongoing claims
* Scoping work and preparing quotes
* Raising and managing invoices, including chasing outstanding payments
* Maintaining a clean and organised office environment
✅ What We’re Looking For:
* Previous office and computer experience(essential)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Willingness to learn our internal systems (essential)
* Experience working with insurance companies is desirable, but not required
