🚨 Emergency Call-Out Turned Around in 24 Hours! 🚨
Late on Saturday evening, we were contacted by a customer after their water heater had failed and was leaking badly, causing water damage to the room below. With the business due to reopen on Monday morning, getting things sorted quickly was essential.
We were able to source a replacement water heater first thing Sunday morning and returned that afternoon to carry out the installation. By the end of the day, the customer had their hot and cold water supply fully restored and was ready to open for business as normal on Monday morning.
Sometimes plumbing problems don’t happen at convenient times, but with a quick response and a bit of determination, we were able to minimise disruption and get everything back up and running within 24 hours.
