Another chimney stack completed ✅

We removed the old, deteriorated chimney flaunching before applying a new grit-sand cement cap, shaped correctly to shed rainwater away from the flues. We then fitted two new protective chimney cowls to help prevent rain, birds and rain water from entering.
A much cleaner, stronger and longer-lasting finish! 🏠

Another leaking gutter repaired properly!

This customer had previously called out numerous companies to reseal the guttering, but the leak kept returning. We identified the real problem and replaced the faulty union instead of simply sealing over it.

✅ All roofing waste safely removed and responsibly disposed of ♻️

✅ New treated (tanalised) timber battens fitted

Another flat roof completed by the team at Riverside Roofing & Building Services Ltd ✅

This flat roof was completely stripped back to the main joists to ensure we were working from a solid structure. We then installed a new 18mm OSB deck, followed by a high-performance one-piece EPDM rubber system.

All EPDM trims and pre-formed corners were fitted correctly to manufacturer specifications — no cutting corners, no patch jobs — just a clean, seamless finish built to last.

This project involved a full transformation from the structural stage through to the finished roof. We began by forming the new roof structure, ensuring everything was set out correctly and built to last. From there, we installed a breathable membrane and new tanalised battens, followed by the fitting of a sleek, anthracite grey concrete tile to finish.

Another tidy chimney job completed by the team at Riverside Roofing 👌

We stripped the top of the chimney stack back to the original brickwork, fitted a new cowl, and fully recapped and reflaunched the stack to ensure it’s properly sealed and protected from the elements.
Finished off with a full clean down, leaving a solid, neat, and long-lasting result 🧱✨
