We began by forming the new roof structure, ensuring everything was set out correctly and built to last. From there, we installed a breathable membrane and new tanalised battens, followed by the fitting of a sleek, anthracite grey concrete tile to finish.

We stripped the top of the chimney stack back to the original brickwork, fitted a new cowl, and fully recapped and reflaunched the stack to ensure it’s properly sealed and protected from the elements.

This property was stripped right back to the main spars, removing the old slate roof and giving us a fresh base to work from. We then installed a new breathable membrane felt, new tanalised battens, and finished it off with a modern anthracite grey concrete double Roman tile 🔥

To ensure long-term durability and a maintenance-free finish, we fitted: • Dry ridge system
• New lead work around both chimney stacks
• Dry verge caps to all edges
